Questions about a charge
If you believe you have been charged by DVS Engineered Reality, contact [email protected] or 1-866-488-6941. Include the date, the purchase channel, an order reference if available, and a brief description so the transaction can be identified. Never email a full card number or password.
Future software purchases
When paid products become available, their price, license terms, delivery details and applicable cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase. Those product-specific terms will describe how to request help, cancel an eligible purchase or request a refund.
If a product is bought through a third-party store, that store’s purchase and refund process may apply. The purchase page and receipt will identify the seller and purchase channel.
Your rights
This prelaunch notice does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law. It does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule for future purchases.
